Appointment Policies

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.  In the event you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for booked services.

 

Should I need to cancel an appointment due to illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other force majeure events with less than 24 hours notice, a service credit in the amount of $40 will be added to your client profile and applied at your next visit. I will make every attempt to reschedule you back on my calendar within 10 days of the missed appointment.

 

Should you need to cancel your appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other force majeure events with less than 24 hours notice, the cancellation policy above applies unless I am able to fill your booking in time. I understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. I will offer grace at my discretion.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible service to my guests, I cannot allow any clients’ late arrival to affect subsequent clients' appointment times. If you arrive to the salon past your scheduled appointment start time, and we will not be able to complete all of your services scheduled, the Cancellation and No-Show Policy applies. This policy allows me to always have plenty of time to serve my clients thoroughly and will ensure I am running on time for you at each visit.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances during a scheduled appointment and despite my best estimation on service timing, I run behind schedule. In this event, I will contact you via text or phone call to let you know that I am running behind and may potentially have to reschedule your appointment.  If this results in your appointment being more than 30 minutes delayed or rescheduled, a service credit in the amount of $40 will be added to your client profile and applied to the rescheduled visit for the same appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY

The full rate of the service(s) agreed upon is due at the time of service completion. I accept payments in the form of cash or credit card only.
